The Nagaoka University of Technology Office for Gender Equality collects personal information from users of this website. The services include providing information and receiving opinions. The Office for Gender Equality handles the collected information appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use.

- When making comments, proposals, and inquiries to the University, the sender’s name, address, telephone number, and other information is provided voluntarily. In the case of an inquiring via email, the sender’s email address is displayed on the receiver’s side.
Purpose of use
The Office for Gender Equality will use the comments collected in 1) in the above 2. “Extent of the information to be collected” as a reference for its operation. It may use users’ names, email addresses, addresses, and telephone numbers to respond to inquiries and notify confirmations. Depending on the comments and inquiry contents, the collected information will be forwarded to the responsible departments in the University.
The information collected in 2) in the above 2. “Extent of the information to be collected” may be used to manage the Site and analyze the use. The usage analysis may be entrusted to external operators who have signed a pledge of confidentiality of personal information.
Restriction of use and provision
